2️⃣ Between April 2026 and July 2026, remove FUTURE__ prefix

Contains tariff period group data enriched with related tariff information and deletion timestamps. Provides a comprehensive view of tariff period groups by joining core period group data with corresponding tariff records, enabling analysis of period group lifecycle and associated tariff status. Filters results to only include period groups that have corresponding tariff records.
